It's been OK- have found myself thinking about it more but not too bothered. It has helped that I've had a really good day though.

Will have to be more prepared to squish any thoughts tomorrow.

Hi Claire, so there we go day 2 over and done with and into day 3, your right it might be harder, but it might not, lets just wait and see.

The main thing is that day 1 and day 2 are over at this stage in my quit I was still counting hours:eek:.

You are doing really well and soon you will be in the 4-7 day room where u can put down roots for a little while.

Well done you are doing great. As you were around cigs every day for many years it's normal to think about them, it will go eventually.

Keep up the good work and perhaps take a look at some of the websites in our signatures to help understand the addiction to nicotine.
