So, when you're ready (which I guess is about now), finish your last cigarette, wash the ashtrays and don't buy another.

It sounds a bit odd, but when I first quit on Champix, I told myself I could have a cigarette if I really wanted one, but only if I absolutely couldn't go without. It sort of worked for me as I didn't feel as if I was forcing myself to quit, I just *chose* not to have one.
