I think adding it up i'm at around 95 days, thats about 1900 cigarettes i've not bought.. and in my case mr. berkeley can beggar off £541.50 roughly saved give or take a few quid..

just had to rough calculate all that as i'm on my laptop atm

adds up though doesn't it!

OK here are my Stats

I have been quit for 10 Months, 2 Weeks, 6 Days, 5 hours, 11 minutes and 16 seconds (324 days).

I have saved £2,220.87 by not smoking 8,105 cigarettes.

I have saved 4 Weeks, 3 hours and 25 minutes of my life.

My Quit Date: 17/11/08

i saw in the general forum you were having pc issues and various people offered diiferent advise to me and i have been in I.T 25 years you have a adware/spyware issue if it is just your internet that is freezing and not your pc well this points to a problem

Go here download.cnet.com/Malwareby... and download the software run it and it will find any issues you have and remove them must warn you though this piece of software wil use most of your CPU so run it overnight clean whilst you sleep so to speak

let em know how this goes as there are other options available

and by the way your stats are pretty impressive let me tell you hope i get near them

Thanks for the PC tip will download that and run it overnight and hope it helps as it's a nuisance at the moment has been doing it for a while but getting worse so as PC is very old may get rid and get another one or a laptop asap but will try this anyway first and might save me the money

As for the stats you can and will get there and beyond all you have to do is stay quit
