Hi there
Good afternoon to you, or is it good morning or good night there? Welcome to the forum, i think quite a few people just watch us nutters....sorry quitters...from the side lines, and that's fine, but glad you decided to come out
You have a really good quit going there, and you sound really positive which is fab, if you have not already, may i suggest you read some of the links in the sigs, to help you keep your head in the right place.
Glad we have been able to help, and please continue to let us know how you are getting on, what method are you using?

Thank you to all for warm welcome. Doing ok at the moment and hope all is well with everyone else. Keeping busy seems to work for me. Cheers, Di.
Keeping busy is a major positive to a decent quit from smoking. Just about every time i ever smoked, it was in moments of relative boredom or inactivity. Mind you though, we didn't need much excuse to nip out for one of them things
Pretty damn glad to be rid of them now, and the positives that i've experienced so far have shown me that this is the way i'd prefer my health to be. Improving, not worsening.
The very very best of luck with your quit, don't click on the links in my signature unless you plan to be quit smoking.. oh wait? thats why your here. Have fun reading
