50 days tomorrow!!! Just gotta keep going. Good luck to all especially the people on their first few days. It does get easier, honest.

I'm not sure at what point you do actually stop thinking about them i don't think you even remember the day, you probably start by thinking what an easy day you seem to have had.. the next thing you're looking back on weeks where you've not thought about 'them' at all.

Keep going, day 50 is terrific progress, much more to see and do though, but excellent work on this so far.

I honestly hardly give them a thought now, and only today I was lecturing some strangers on the benefits of giving up, lol.

Thanks everybody!! This forum is really helping especially when I read the link about my cigarette, my friend as that is exactly what I used to say when I'd stopped was that I was missing my pal!!! Some pal eh!

I feel totally differently now. I'm just relieved I've packed it in.
