i am not craving this time round much at all,i still have 3 to 4 chews a day,i have aproached this quit with a much better attitude.

just tell myself,what ever happens a cig is not going to alter that,it works for me.this has been my failure in the past 45 yrs i smoked.thinking the cig would help,in reality,it doesnt do a dam thing.
