Cheerio month 1 forum!

Well by this time tomorrow I will have been quit for exactly a month (I'm working by calendar months) so I'll be up to the month 2 forum never ever thought I'd make it. I've been off the patches for almost a week now and I've been getting my eating under control for the past 4 days, so I'm feeling pretty damn pleased with myself and have gained some much needed confidence that fags stole from me. I can honestly say that I don't even have cravings anymore. Sometimes I have a thought sort of like 'oh smoking' like I need to remember that there is such a thing as smoking and of course when I'm on here it's good for me to remember and try to help cos I am a nicotine addict. Quitting smoking has been the greatest thing I've ever done/am doing and totally worth all the hassle :cool: Thanks everyone who's helped me get this far xxxx
