Best day so far

Other than first thing this morning where I had a bad crave the rest of the day has been great, Ive been able to get on with everything I have to do concentrate on my Mums needs with out any interruptions from bad craves. I even felt strong enough to call at my Dads grave and give it a good clean and put fresh flowers on. I really hope tomorrow will be as good. Got the builders at my Mums putting a new flat roof on. Then new windows and a new kitchen from a council grant so Mum and my brother can stay in their own home.

Not had chance to read all the post yet will have a look now but hope everyone is ok
