Hi Liz

Hope your second day is going ok. Being back at work, is that a help or a hindrance with the quit?

At my work nobody else smokes, and the only place to go for a cig would be on the street! so I guess that has helped me by not putting triggers in my way. Also staying busy keeps the mind off thoughts you'd rather not have.

keep strong and before you know it you'll be in Day 3
