Natallie makes it to day 3.

Last day under the influence of Nictoine,

Feeling better as each hour passes, but I'm getting the occasional huge crave.

Looking forward to day 4.

I have been quit for 2 Days, 18 minutes and 41 seconds (2 days). I have saved £8.32 by not smoking 40 cigarettes. I have saved 3 hours and 20 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 15/04/2009 00:30

It can be a little rough around this time most of us have been there..... it's not fun but keep going and you will reach this point where all the hard stuff melts away and you feel happy and free.... may seem far away right now but go day by day and that moment will hit you and you will smile.... GREAT job you! Keep it up
