How do you tell which is your consious and your sub consious talking. To me last time I stopped the arguements in my head got so loud its hard to tell.

I dunno... but if the voice is say " I need a fag " ... It's the Bad one and will be told to p!ss off!! If it's the voice saying..." you can do this, it's easy, you never need to smoke ever again " It's the goody, and is welcome in my head anytime
