Well done to all the octopirates! It's a huge achievement.

Six months was a real turning point in my quit. It was around then that I stopped having to put so much mental effort into not smoking, and it really began to feel like a normal state.

So chuffed for all of you - such a lot of you making it to half a year, you must have been a very strong group!

I went to a new dentist this morning - she asked me 'do you smoke?' - for one brief milli-second I almost said yes, but was so proud to say 'no - I don't'...... Still getting used to saying - 'no - I don't smoke!'

It was six months on friday for me....woo hoo. So proud of all of us, well done to donnadreamer too for six months quit as well. Must be close to a third of us still quit....blasting the average quit rate to smithereens, well done all of us. Must be something about quitting in October!
