My day one tomorrow
Hi, ace wisdom, well done on making the decision to quitthats the hardest part, there are lots of people on here who have great advice and xperience and will offer link pages for you to read, this forum has been the biggest help for me to quit and the information that you are given to read is really good, Im on day 25 and its not been as hard as i thought, each time i feel the urge to smoke i either come on here or take a deep breath and try to understand why i feel the urge to smoke if its because im bored - them i find something to do, if im stresses - i find ways to relax, if im relaxing -then i treat myself to things that help relaxation, but most of all is this forum it will help and there are some lovely people on here, so good luck, and welcome to the best place for non smokers!
