on day 15, and not really had a craving today, my inhaler has stayed in my pocket and not puffed on it once which is a good start to the day, lets hope it lasts

Thats brilliant! Keep it up. I got to two weeks then started to wean myself off the NRT. But take it at your own pace. xx
