Day 14, I am feeling good about myself but i am craving nicotine more then ever now, i thought it would get easier the longer i didnt smoke, but the longer i dont smoke the more i crave, but i havent had a smoke yet and don't plan to, im keeping my self busy doing other things

craves are funny things, personally i think the craves don't get stronger, its' just after a certain period of stopping smoking we have higher expectations, and we assume we shouldn't be craving after a few weeks, it can be a slow process, but it does get easier, its' breaking the 'habit of smoking' which can be mistaken for really bad craves......
keep it up stay focused, you can do this xxx

It do improve honest some people do say they have a day of two in week three where they find it a bit hard. Im sure it will pass soon do something to change your mind set read some of the links in peoples posts. Your doing great hun 14 day. Keep strong it gets better.xxxxxxxxxx
i hope so, its like one minute i am fine then all of a sudden i just get this big urge for nicotine, ive noticed i am coughing more and my skin has got worse, is this normal
