I had some very tricky moments over the weekend, but I've managed 72 hours 'cold turkey' having kicked the lozenges on Thursday evening. I decided if I was going to do it then why prolong the agony.
My brain was trying to come up with some very rational arguments that I should have ' just one', but because I'd been doing my reading I understood why, and thought 'No brain! You are my brain and I will tell you what to do, not the other way round'. I think I may be borderline bonkers, but it seemed to do the trick!!
How are you all doing? You should all be very proud of surviving the weekend.

You are now nicotine free as you quit the lozenges on Thurs that's good and you beat those sneaky little sods as well and if you are borderline bonkers so are an awful lot of us on here
