well done kay. it will be day 3 for me 2moro!!! at the moment I feel great but there have been times today when I cud have knocked someone out lol but I didn't - luckily I had some nicorette with me.

My real test is 2nite at work - I work in a pub :confused: but that will be a test of wilpoer.

Hi yes it is hard i wont be told by anyone its easy,but we will all get there.

Its more of a habit than anything.i'm having to change things i do like after dinner do something to take my mind of wanting a fag LOL

Well at least you dont have smoking around you in the pub.

Day 3 already you are doing great well done

I think you mean your signature just go to user C P at top left hand side of page and click it

and you can then edit your signature,details and all sorts of things are there or you can get to it by clicking on PM at top Rt hand side just above where you log out hope this helps

well done kay,like you said day 3 wowwwww,,kay its not as hard as you may think,,i on here like most of us just went c/t,and i am on 115 days and smoked 30 plus a day ,,so kay it can, and has been done by so meaney on here ,,so just keep the faith kay tony , and just keep::cool::)

Great job, Kay on 3 whole days!! It will get easier.... stay positive and a lot. Allen Carr mentions the "Easyway"..... I really TRIED to see it as easy but well.... I found it hard (not super hard but hard) and I'm still here.... It can be done!! Keep it up, Kay!

See you managed it OK as I know sometimes I find it hard to follow written instructions but that's usually from products I've bought tota gibberish sometimes

Now on day 4 and doing great over 1/2 way through 1st week and I promise it will start to get easier soon just hang in there
