Day 3 nearly over and i feel great, had a long drive today and this is when i used to smoke more, well i didnt want a smoke today, window open on the car enjoying the air, what a great feeling.
Was offered a fag , "No thanks i dont smoke" i have always wanted to say that.
I will not smoke today.

Day 3 and you are doing really well so glad you feel well especially as you had a long drive when you would have usually smoked more well done for that
it's good that you didn't even want a fag and could really enjoy the fresh air
I know what you mean when offered a fag and could say"No thanks I don't smoke" it is a truly wonderful feeling especially the first time
