After this afternoons opps moment, at midnight Izzy will become a non smoker (again!).

T-11 Hours and counting.

You seem stable enough to take constructive criticism.

Smoke, read, learn and understand.

It’s a fallacy to set a date, tell all your friends and throw away all the paraphernalia.

If you’re not ready to quit now what makes you think you will at midnight.? It’s just more pressure. If you tell everyone you’ve just quit and you’re craving like mad it just adds even more to the pressure.

Go and read whyquit.com and every word of woofmang.com too. Smoke while you’re doing it if you wish. Download Alan Carr’s Scandal etc. At some point it will dawn on you why you’ve really been smoking and you may find yourself uncontrollably drawn to fling whatever fags you have into a distant corner. Your mind is clearly receptive to quitting at the moment so strike while the iron is hot.

Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t stop at midnight.

Do the research and just quit once more and forever.
