Nicodemons go on, and on........

Oh my god, day 10 and those little nicodemons have been singing in my head ALL DAY. Go on, just have one they say. Why today? Well i'm not going to have one, but I wish they would shut up. Everything else is quite calm (thank goodness) except for the constant ringing in my head. Read a few week 2 posts and is seems a few have had a couple of days like this, so here goes. Signed on at a new health clinic today and they didn't ask me if I smoked, Gutted!!

lol it is such a good feeling being able to say to the doctor or nurse...well i dont smoke no more, i think i would of felt gutted to.

Well done on day 10 you are really getting through the days now, i think it was around now that i had a bad day.

Stay strong, you are doing it and will do it.

Cravings will pass hun, and tomorrow will be an easier day.
