One week

Well I have to say that I really didn't think I would do it, but I am on day 7 and feeling brilliant.

I found the first 3 days the worst, but even then was in a great mood??

Now, on day 7, I really don't feel I need or want a cigarette at all.

Lets see how week 2 goes though!!!!!

I think half the battle is having the self-belief that you CAN do this. You certainly seem strong enough - keep it going and look forward to doing another week.

Yep day 7 for me too and I am so pleased with myself and more determined to never smoke again. This forum is a great help, looking forward to going into week 2 here. See you there!
