Into day 2 then i am finding that the Nicorete inhalator is a big help coupled with the support from you guys and gals.You will probably be sick of me posting but i am finding it to be a good release.Just hope i can get to sleep tonight .

Right today has been alot easier.Had a pretty good nights kip.My mind set is very positive and the inhalator gives the monkey bar stewards a good kick in the balls.Your support and kind words are a huge help and i feel like i dont want to let anyone down.So nearly into day 3 and all is good.
