Hey all,

Just moved onto my second week today, feeling great even after a really stressful day at work yesterday!

I did have to go to McDonalds at 2:30am to get a double quarter pounder! Was bloody marvin

Well done, its great to start counting in weeks rather than days, and before you know it it will be months!!!

the first week is over and you can never go back to that now, be proud in what you have achieved so far.

week 2 might throw up different feelings as to what week 1 did ...cravings might not be as frequent but might be stronger when they do arrive, just read up on what to expect and that way you will be prepared . keep it going your doing a fine job!
