Hi all we my 72 hours is well up so I think I am clean now it feels nice after 35 years of smoking a pack and a half a day and the only way that wokred for me was this board ,not Gum,Patches ,or pills so a big thank you all:)Jimbo

Well done jimbo!!! free at last! i made the mistake of using gum! stopped for nearly 4 months but nicotine dependant -stopped taking the gum yesterday and getting some withdrawl symptoms today

hopefully after 72 hours of no gum-i have cracked it too xxxx
