Hi Kay
Good on you for keeping with the smokefreedom and look forward to passing you a drink or two in celebration of moving into Move 2.
I don't think I've had cravings specifically for a while now.... just missing the whole routine of it which I think is different. Not sure  But I'm not wanting one, just remembering the nice aspect of I guess and the habit.... I am able to walk past my OH's papers and tobacco and not be bothered at all, I even smile and think "you don't bother me" and mean it  Ohh, we are all really getting there aren't we?

Hi Kay
He does, but only a couple or so some evenings. He's one of those smokers who, when gets a cold doesn't smoke for about 2 weeks. I always admired that and was envious.... just always wondered why he'd start again if he found stopping no problem
Me, I'd smoke my way through colds, coughs, tonsillitis, whooping cough, a smoke when hit with sheer exhaustion half way up a mountain....
