Thanks people, been a bit busy today, preparations for Xmas and off for a long weekend on Friday.

It feels good to be this long quit, and I feel as though there is no reason that will make me want to start again. I still have urges to smoke but they are totally controllable.

Thanks again for comments but mostly thanks to all those people who have been around when needed to help me keep my head straight.

LOL not quite. 5 months quit starting the 6th month. Got that pleasure to come January!!

I'll have a great Weekend, off the Butlins, it'll be all Christmassy the kids are so exited. We've been before at Christmas and its great.
