There are a few of us who are starting a new quit around now. I'm just into week 4 and it does seem that knowing what's round the corner, and knowing I CAN do it...is helping to make this one easier (so far!!!!:confused:).

You know you only have to not put one of those nicotine delivery devices into your mouth abd light the end and you've won!!

I believe I remember you, a few months ago you were having troubles coming off NRT gum or am I thinking of another Jim?

Anyway, are you going cold turkey this time or using NRT or champix?
