4 weeks quit

hi everyone

it is 4 weeks today since my last smoke and it feels great it has been so easy compared to every other time i tried to stop due in a large part to the encouragement i get from you guys and girls so many thanks to you all i also read a lot on other sites you have suggested all very helpful
