of the coughing has started! is it normal to have this many "phases" of coughing??

or is it cos i stood near my friend who was smoking yesterday? maybe i inhaled some and now my bodies trying to get rid of it

I've never really had that bad a smokers cough, a bit of a hack in the morning but the 1st fag cleared it.

Since quitting my cough which again never developed into anything major, had got a bit better or a bit worse but never gone.

Currently I've got quite a bit of phlegm, especially in the evenings. I figure my body is getting shot but at a slower rate than other peoples. There again I might just have has several sniffles one after another!

I'm sure it will all settle down in time.

So far I have only had the one bout of coughing... bringing up black phlegm.

I never had a smokers cough, and once that bout cleared after about a fortnight quit... I've not seen anymore.

I am sure it will sort itself out in time, people heal at different rates.
