well day 4 here it is
in my case i quit at 8.45 pm not am thought i would get a jump start of 8 hours before me had me withdrawal systems.
so little meter sais 4 days 1 hour and 11 mins and off to me bed.
been a good day today but gave struggled a bit tonight so off to bed me go x

Don't think of cravings as bad. They are a part of the recovery - you cannot get off fags without them!
Accept them for what they are, a memory of a previous life!
Once you have accepted them, they no longer matter. You can dismiss them quite easily.
A craving will pass whether you smoke or not - much better to not smoke, that way that particular craving will never bother you again. However, if you smoke.. you will have to go through EVERY craving at least once more or smoke for the rest of your life!
