I'm so sorry Stuart. I'm started smoking again on Friday. Yes on my 2 mths. I know that I have obviously not met you but do feel like I have let you down IYKWIM.

I will be back in the near future but for now I am bowing out shamefaced.

Thank for this kind message. It just makes me feel so much worse for being so weak.

Don't feel you've let me down, Sian... although, I am truly sorry that you have fallen.

I admit that I was pretty confident you would make it (that's why I posted this up), but it happens. I've had more false starts than a few!
