Day 100

Hadn't realised but the quit counter tells me that i've got to my 100th day.

I seem to be settling into this new phase of the quit, where not smoking is no longer something new and interesting, it is just how I am.

100 days is amazing!! You are doing so well! I'm on day 5 (as I'm sure ur know) and I'm not thinking about fags much, however, I had a bad spell earlier when I couldnt get fags off my mind - but I just called smokeline

To be honest mate, its not really so much of a smug feeling as an "oh, that's nice:)"

My quit has moved to a new phase and while there have been teething problems its quite clear to me now that it is just that I'm no longer a smoker trying to quit, I have quit.

Some determination is still required along with a continued requirement to read and educate myself but otherwise doing well!

Must have missed this when it first flashed up-probably because I was way too scared to venture anywhere near months 4-5 as I couldn't ever imagine I'd get past weeks 4-5 myself.

It's great to see people getting this far and beyond as it gives hope and inspiration to newbies like me-I know I can get there if i just keep on taking it one day at a time.
