i know this is early but i have to write in today i fell very stressed and angry i do not have any urges to smoke but i feel very stressed out i hope this passes soon cos i hate feeling like.I hope everyone else is ok xxx

The thing to remember is that there will be days like today, but they will pass!

Hang in there, and remember if you don't have rough days you wouldn't appreciate the good ones. In other words if you want a silver lining you've gotta have the cloud!
