I met up with some friends of mine at the weekend, they have quit smoking for around a year or so now and are going great guns. However they told me of a couple they knew, who had started again after 18 months:eek:
And said that if you think of a Blacksmiths forge, with the fire slowly dying, it only takes a few puffs on the old bellows and that fire will roar back into life.
How true I thought!
As i have said before were all just a few puffs short of a full pack!!!
Stay focused people

Why do people start again after a year or so surely they cant have forgotten so soon all they went through to quit in the first place.
Mostly they start again because they feel like they are missing out on some great pleasure, and yes people forget trauma and difficulty very quickly. After all why would a woman ever want to have a 2nd child having experienced the pain of a childbirth once!!
