Ok should I be in here as gave up 9am Christmas Day so maybe I should have posted yesterday, why do I get confused about where I should be all the time.
Any way its now the first day of my fourth month and I am still smoke free not even a sniff let alone a puff so I am as pleased as punch and next goal is 5 months but at least I want have to change rooms.
So has any one else just started fourth month cause feel a bit lonley LOL

Wow, that can't have been a fun christmas...? Bit of a glutton for punishment.
Awesome though. It gets much easier now. Even my appetite has calmed down a bit (heading into month five i am)

All I have brought my Dyson and some dusters so will have a shiny sparkly room in no time, well thats if I can Persuade someone else to use them, hey I may be the newest member to reach this area but I can assure you I’m not cleaning up after all of you mucky Bug*** and oh my god what is that smell gag gag, god maybe I will have a cig and go back to day one room, oh well here goes is there any hot water and marigolds LOL good job I’m feeling a bit better.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm ok for the cleaning but doesnt look as if he would have much use for anything else LOL So nice clean room and am I allowed to invite friends in cause Id like to hold a dinner party to say thank you for the warm welcome and make use of that fantastic kitchen which by the look of things nobody knew existed so will let you know what the menu will be later.
Think you will be very welcome here...maybe is we had found the kitchen we would not have such weight issues...

And thanks Zozie it does feel amazing and the actual nicodemon has decided to stand back and see what happens, but I have his measure he is waiting till he thinks I am complacent then will try and lure me into his trap LOL no chance I have a demon catcher ready and waiting for him.
Thanks for the well wishes from all and I will set date for this thursday for dinner party 8 pm , can you all bring plate knifives and forks please and off course alchohol.
