I would have thought it's a bit late for side effects in week 3 but you never know.

don't know if it is a side effect as i have not suffered from sickness on my patches . I know you are feeling yuck but just watch out for that that "nicodemon " as he can tell when you are not 100%.

I've noticed several people, me included, get colds or similar just after they've quit. Don't know if its connected but its interesting!

Me too! I had a nasty cold from day 3 to day 7. Came out of nowhere too, no workmates or family members had been or have been ill.

Wierd.
