thanks for your kind words to tell u the truth i am finding it really easy maybe too easy i have been asked to go to a party on sat ive said no though i dont trust my self not to smoke i think its too early what do u guys think

I faced booze on the first night of my quit to try to get it out of the way, but many a good quit for people has been lost because of a weak willed moment when they had too much to drink.

Probably best to stay clear until you are totally confident that you won't want a sneaky fag.
