Day 9 already, £45 saved! mmmm what can I treat myself to???

Feeling a bit miserable today, looks like the nicodemon is back with full force :mad:, Never mind, still determined and getting through plently of lozengers.

On the other hand, proud of getting this far. Went out on Friday night and had more than a few drinks, even in a drunked state, I was really good and can't believe I didn't even think about smoking.

Got to say, this is probably my 6th time attempting to quit and it has been the hardest in terms feeling up and down

Well done you're doing great.

I too got ratted this weekend and it is great to know that an evening out doesn't require smoking.
