Hello again

I know its still early but I got to be up to see to Emma .(If I don't get her up for school she won't go!Teenagers Huh!) Anyway its day 17 (gosh thats come round quick) and I feel ok except i have a disgusting cold and a face full of catarrh. Emma says "its just the bad stuff coming out Mum" Hope shes right.

As you have probably read I just went through a tough spell from day 17-21 but don't let that discourage you.

I feel much better today, and I am glad I didn't fall apart completely and start again.

I guessed you were having a tough time even b4 you posted.You'll be fine mate,gosh if I had a £ (a$ inyour case!) for every time I quit b4hand I'd be up there on Capital Hill!!!!! I guess it is only afternoon there at the moment. My hubby is away on business in San Francisco and he has just called me to say it is a glorious afternoon there. Aren't teenagers lovely!! I spent all morning in tears because of there nonsense! Almost went for a ciggy at one point on day 19! That would have been it for me! This is one of the hardest things I have ever tried to accomplish, but I am bound and determined! I HAVE to for my health!

I have now been a none smoker for:. 0Y 2W 4D 10H 39M 25S. I have not smoked: 184 Cigarettes. That a saving of £ 49.80. I will now live longer by: 0Y 0W 0D 14H 45M.
