hi all.

been a bad week so far at work. been so low. started smoking again at dinner time. feel so bloodly upset and dissapointed with myself. everything

i worked hard at in giving-up. now im back where i started bloodly smoking.

i feel so bad inside. im lost for words. i got to sort myself out. im not going

back to it. i will need all your help again. im going back to day one tomorrow.

i feel really upset leting everyone down after all the help you gave me.
