I know I've found it surprisingly easy so far.... think it will be when I get to week 3.... that's when it starts testing me.

Tomorrow will be weird, back to work after the weekend, just need to avoid thinking too much about it at the times I normally have a fag break...

5 mins after waking up, 8.30am before starting work, the 12.00 o'clocker, 3pm and then the 5.00pm one!
