I have been quit for 1 Month, 2 Weeks, 4 Days, 3 hours, 30 minutes and 54 seconds (49 days). I have saved £212.30 by not smoking 884 cigarettes. I have saved 3 Days, 1 hour and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 17/07/2008 13:26

Going training tonight, hope its a tough one, so I can appreciate my improving lungs!
