Hi Everyone

I am back on day 1 after quitting for 6 weeks. Ijust felt like smoking for the last couple of days, yesterday i smoked 25 stinky fags.

I am back on here with more determination and HATERED for them sticks.

I wouldn’t advise anyone who is craving to smoke even once again guys, Just keep going and you are not missing it (TRUST ME) , Its really not worth it and tooo bloody expensive, It is a luxury.

I just want to ask if i should expect the same symptoms after smoking for just one day or is it going to be easier?!!!

Cheers

Good luck,

As to whether it will be easier this time round, it might be. The 72 hours for nicotine to leave your system will still be tricky, but the short lapse may not have fully dragged you back into the habit that causes the psychological addiction. Only time will tell.

Tackle this with a positive attitude and remember that withdrawal symptoms may be a pain in the ass but the are not life threatening unlike smoking.

Cheers

Nic

Sorry to hear that you slipped after six weeks, I also did the same thing in july but quickly dusted myself off and started again. I wouldn't say it was easy but it was easier as I knew what to expect with the withdrawl, and to be honest I was so bloody annoyed with myself that spurred me on even more.

So good luck with your 2nd attempt YOU CAN DO IT. :D
