back to square one tomorrow morning for me as i stupidly started smoking again.........feel such an idiot, but moving on will give it my utmost from tomorrow, got such a bad chest at the mo so really looking forward to it!!

sorry to hear you smoked again but happy it stop day tomora for you..... how long had you been stopped..... I have done just over a month.... after I stopped someone recomended the Allen Carr book. I have been reading it, just a few pages a day but its helping keep me strong.. good luck chat soon

Welcome back to the forums I'm sorry to hear you started smoking again but well done deciding to stop again

Don't beat yourself up about it but remember what happened to make you cave so you can take avoiding action if necessary this time

Remember to read a lot and keep posting on here
