I am using about 6 or 7 pieces of nicorette fresh mint gum a day . I tried to cut down to five a day for 6 days and the only problem was I was watching the clock for my next fag all the time : )

I have been quit for 5 Days, 8 hours, 15 minutes and 42 seconds (5 days). I have saved £51.82 by not smoking 213 cigarettes. I have saved 17 hours and 45 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 18/06/2008 10:15
