Seeing as it's 2.30am as I type this, there isn;t anyone else around and support isn't really my strong suit, I'll try anyway.

First things first, have some herbal tea to calm the nerves and get yourself to bed!

Don't think about not smoking ever again, just concentrate on not smoking the next cigarette, one at a time. You can do it, if you don't think about big steps, just little ones.
