hi all.

hope your weekend going well so far. been out this morning with other haif

for a walk. put a few pound on and we going to a weddy at the end of july.

so she said lets do some walking. be good for you she said? i like to have

sunday relexing before going back to work on monday, but i went and really

enjoyed it. seeing family out with theirs kids, dad playing football with sons.

kids feeding Ducks. how lovely it was to see. take me back to when i was

young with mum + dad who are sadly not with us now, but life go on

smoking going really well also, dont think about them as much now,

just wanted to sure this with you all.. hope your ok barb. talk soon

I love feeding the ducks with Daniel.

We have a lovely cycle path thats runs up next to the river exe and like going there for walks and to see the wildlife. It also has a park and its next to the football ground.

Memories with our parents are very special. My mum and dad are still here, going well for their age 85 and 83.

Spent most of today cleaning,just getting roast ready now.
