Well after falling all over the place , stumbling in to a big black whole and using maddys blog to climb back out ;), I am now a day oner for the final time , so here goes lol

whatever happens, never quit quitting.. I have that tattooed

on inside of my eyelids!?!?! Tried to quit sooooo many times before..

wouldn't be on day 17 without the guys and gals on this forum and

champix.. difference for me this time, apart from the above, is I kept a

diary everyday for the first week or so, and each morning I wrote in it in

large letters "Today I Choose Not To Smoke"

some how choosing not to smoke one day at a time didn't scare the

pants off me which all previous attempts to quit had with the thought

"OMG I'll never smoke again:eek:"
