Funnily enough today I nearly went out for a fag when a colleague wound me up, but when I sat back and refected and thought 'not on your nelly love', it's been too hard a slog to get this far. So I treat myself to a carrot!

Work are great with me though they total allow me to be on this site and to listen to the radio on my ear set all day, anything to take my mind of the ciggies.

No I work for an Environmental Health company who brought through government the no smoking in public places, how ironic is that?!

Also they sponsored me to do the 7 day no smoking challenge, which I did and raised a fair few bob for 'water for kids', once I'd done that I fell off the wagon and came back 1st April to Day one all over again.

Well done on the sponsorship Chadwick. Shame about falling off the wagon but you have got past the 7 day mark now and I am sure you will make it now. You had the sponsorship as a reason the first time what are your reasons now? Have you written them down? That's what I did and kept referring to them whenever I had an urge to nick o/h's left over roll ups. Sad sack that I am but that's all finished with now and when I see his left overs I either chuck them in the bin or just ignore them. Funnily enough I don't feel tempted by them at all now and hopefully that will continue. So you see Chad it can be done even by those whose willpower is not too good (and I was one of them in fact at one time it was non-existent but all all that changed now).

My main problem is when I get in doors, i have to keep myself busy so I have started spring cleaning with a frenzy, I'm appauled at the nico stains around my flat and i have never before noticed - dirty cow or what!! :eek:

Hell, we were all silly for smoking but hey, at least are doing something about it now. We can all snigger at the suckers that STILL smoke!! haha
