Ooooooooooook! Where did THAT just come from?! I feel awful. Just let rip at my two girls and went way OTT I don't know what come over me...one min I was happy bathing them and the next I was laying into them. Yelling, that is. They're going to their dad's soon and I bet they can't wait to go

All over their friggin' room. Its the pits. Yet, I've known all week they have kinda messed it up so why lose my temper with them over it just now? Well, an hour or so ago. And the way I ranted and raved at them over it was so not warranted.

I feel fed up. I don't want a fag though, so thats something. Why am I experiencing such extreme emotions though? I don't get it. D'you know, even when I lost it for those few mins it didn't even occur to me to have a fag. Isn't that something? Mind, I'd rather NOT lose it in the first place. Last night I felt very down and weepy. What the hell is going on? Why do I not want a cigarette?!?! lol

Thanks for the link. I have just read it. The part towards the end;

You see it, nothing else affecting you and you blow up. If the person is within earshot, you may explode. When you look back in retrospect, you feel you have blown up inappropriately, the reaction was greatly exaggerated for the situation. You faced it hundreds of times before and nothing like this ever happened. You begin to question what happened to you to turn you into such a horrible or explosive person. Understand what happened. You are not blowing up at what just happened, you are blowing up for what has been bothering you for years and now, because of the build up of frustration, you are blowing up much more severely than you ever would have if you addressed it early on. It is like pulling a cork out of a shaken carbonated bottle, the more shaken, the worse the explosion.

Rings true. I just cannot fathom out why I got so mad earlier. I mean, I felt like killing somebody just to get that awful anger out of me. I settled for slapping the banister instead (it hurt...hurt my hand the same way a bellyflop hurts when your body slaps the water ouch).

Feeling a bit calmer now. Just back to feeling down and weepy again. I'm sure things will improve soon. Thanks.

Edit again! ggrr John, I don't have any prob re my kids going to their dad's. Lately, its in their best interests to be with him as opposed to being with me at the mo lol

I went online and put those numbers on haha! (as well as my usual numbers, that is). I do a couple of online scratchcards occasionally and I won £7 yesterday and £5 the day before that BIG money woo hoo! (paid £5 into my NL account). I'm lovin' the monopoly online scratchcard at the mo...but one of my favs is the snakes 'n ladders one. Ok, a bit of useless info for you there...
